I'm so grateful that Bexley took my advise to changed the logistic partner that helps deliver the items to the East Asia, Taiwan. According to the logistic history, the deliver journey was so smooth that it just took within 7 days to completed the delivery. I was amazed by the transparency and proficiency of the local logistic partner that helps the customs clearance, compared to the another logistic partner that caused and wasted me several days to completed the declaration documents without clear instruction. Lastly, I'm so satisfied with the products again with outstanding qualities, especially the Adger, the cotton blends linen shirt. It is so comfortable to wear it in the hot and humid environment like Taiwan, All in all, I'm satisfied with this time purchases and enjoy all the products from you. Merci beaucoup.

Verified reviewThe parcel appears to have been shipped promptly, but the customs paperwork was incorrect and the parcel was held at the airport and then returned to Bexley damaged, so a refund was issued to me. I may reorder the coat in the future. Communication from Bexley Customer Service was frequent and detailed throughout.
