Juimpsuit gekocht, deze is helaas niet aangekomen. Mijn geld is teruggestort, wat netjes is. Toen ik de jumpsuit opnieuw wilde bestellen, was hij i.p.v. €65,- ineens €150,-! Gemeld bij de klantenservice, helaas niet opgelost.

Reply from Aubade.com

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issue with your order. As confirmed by the carrier, the parcel was unfortunately damaged during transit, which is of course not the experience we aim to provide. Once the issue was resolved with UPS, we offered you the choice between a free replacement of your original item or a full refund. As per your preference, we immediately proceeded with the refund. Regarding the price difference you mention, the jumpsuit you originally ordered was purchased during a limited promotional period. As this promotion had ended by the time you considered reordering, the item returned to its original price. We understand that this is disappointing, especially given the circumstances, and as a gesture of goodwill we provided you with a personal discount code for a future purchase. We regret that this solution did not meet your expectations. As this matter has already been fully reviewed and resolved, we invite you to contact our customer service at contact@aubadepro.com should you require any additional assistance. Kind regards, Aubade Paris
