I explained that I might like to take the vehicle on the Saturday so measures were put in place for that to happen. That was marvellous as I fell in love with the car and left with it .

Verified reviewI was looking for a specific brand and model of vehicle.The nearest dealership offering them was Bristol Street which also had a particular vehicle fitting my requirements at a very competitive price. The sales person with whom I had direct dealings was very helpful without being 'pushy' .I had already had an on line valuation of my current vehicle and when it looked as if I was prepared to go ahead with a purchase the dealership not only exceeded the original valuation but also added certain additional items at no extra cost.After collection of the vehicle and driving it home, I discovered some small blemishes on a door panel which I had not noticed before.When I contacted the sales person who had handled my sale she offered to rectify the fault at no charge in addition to having my personal number plates made and fitted also free of charge.I was impressed by the fact that she rang me a few days later, not just to check on my reaction to the vehicle so far ,but also to let me know that she had noticed a small personal item which I had left behind on my last visit and which she was keeping for me should I wish to collect it-small touches, but a very refreshing change from the impersonality of so many large organisations
