First and foremost, the staff at Vertu Honda impressed me with their extensive knowledge and genuine passion for Honda vehicles. Matthew in particular was very welcoming, paitent and willing to answer all of our questions, provided detailed information about the different models, and helped us to choose the perfect car that suited our needs and preferences. His expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction was exemplary! They were very quick to respond and take actions were any problem identified with the car. Curtesy calls from Matthew to make sure that the car runs smoothly and to provide extra information about gap insurance etc. was very reassuring. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
