From the start we were made welcome by Ben, I like the fact we were not rushed at all even though it was close to closing time. I also like the fact there was no hard sale something I have never experience in a car dealership before. This resulted in me buying the car and even though there were some difficult things to organise through the finance the Ben and his supervisor were fantastic supporting us all the way. Thank you all see you soon when i need to upgrade the wife's car.10 out of 10

Verified reviewBest place to buy a used Ford. Purchase does tend to include various 3-year warranties and other items of questionable value which hikes the price considerably. In the event of me actually requiring them, we'll see how good they are. If, over the next three years, I do not require them, then, as has been the case previously, then a waste of money for me and a nice wee profit for Bristol Street. No big deal. We can afford it...

Verified reviewThe experience at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Crewe was fantastic because they listened to my pervious experiences and I hadn't had the best time as 2 pervious vehicles I had from different dealers had either fell through or there were serious issues with the vehicle, Geoff listened to me and showed me the car and left me to look around myself which I really appreciate. Also I was able to go out on a test drive myself. They were great with everything. Thank you
