Verified reviewGenerally happy with the car, Handover was not great still waiting for a manual and service book, I have to keep chasing as once the sale is done, staff seem not interested in genuine customer satisfaction. The car also had 4 sub standard tyres, BSM did agree to a deal on 4 new tyres and I accepted but did not offer to pay for all of them despite an Advisory on last MOT. I have bought 3 cars from BSM but they could do a lot better !
