The website was easy to use when purchasing my car online with good communication from customer services. It was delivered to my door half an hour late which wasnt a problem to me but they apologised for the delay as soon as they arrived. They had also informed me of the expected delay by phone. Bought extra warranty and diamond bright. A bit disappointed with the cleaning of interior and dashboard ( brown marks on sun visor, dirty dials and steering wheel. ) foot pedals muddy. Service plan never offered. (Had to chase, but too expensive!) Never received a follow up call which was promised within a few days. But on the whole Good customer service in the showroom.
