Verified reviewMy experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke was positive because I was given space to browse all of the cars available. Jacob pointed me in the direction of the performance vehicles as he had observed some of the cars I looked more interested in and informed me the selection inside are also used, and that they are all open. Jacob was excellent throughout, pleasant and attentative. He kept me updated regarding the finance approval (which was the same day) so I wasn't worried and it wasn't on my mind. The way the car was displayed when I went to pick it up was very special. It was on display on its own under a Ford cover, Jacob and his manager revealed it which made it very personal! Overall very happy with Jacob. I would buy from him again and the team at Bristol Street motors.
