Verified reviewFrom the moment I walked into the showroom I felt relaxed and comfortable no pressure at all. Christian the sales person was very curious and polite I told him what I was looking for and he made a great effort to show me around what stock they had and arranged a test drive in both manual and automatic civic. While looking on vertu Web site I found a civic that had just come in at another vertu dealer which ticked all the boxes for me so I contacted Christian and between himself and him managers they arranged to have the civic delivered to Huddersfield for me to purchase. The car was prepared at Huddersfield to a very high standard for me to collect the hand over was very smooth the car looked excellent. Cannot fault the sales team at all.

Excellent customer service from Chris, professional throught the process of buying the bike with regular phone updates during the week in preparation for new bike collection. I arrived with my old bike that Vertu were taking in part exchange. A very smooth hassle free hand over of bikes. A follow up call from Chris a couple of days later to ensure I was happy with the bike. I would certainly go to Honda Vertu again for further purchases in the future.
