Dale Quinn advisor is a credit to the dealership, very knowledgeable and responsive, going above and beyond to help with any questions or special requests. I haven't bought a car in 18 years and in my experience, Macklin Motors Hyundai West is a no hassle, stress free, low-pressure dealership, which I have already highly recommended them to friends and family. I was happy to buy a fantastic used car with little mileage and still under warranty, which i extended for a further 2 years. I am looking forward to receiving the same level of service on the annual maintenance plan I also purchased. Here's to a long and happy relationship with Macklin Motors Edinburgh West.

The salesman quickly understood that I knew what I wanted, and did not waste time on unnecessary sales pressure. We took the car we purchased for a test drive, and quickly arrived at a mutually acceptable deal incorporating my trade-in. A few days before collection I received a very professional personal video from the salesman showing the many features of our car, which proved very helpful. When we collected the car it features were explained very thoroughly. A very professional, efficient and pleasurable process.

Verified reviewI cannot fault my experience with Bristol Street Motors Ford Newcastle. From the start Lee was friendly and responsive to our needs ensuring we had ample opportunity to see and discuss the car we were interested in as well as taking it for a test drive. He explained all of our options and introduced us to Jonathan who was also friendly and professional, making sure we were getting everything we needed. The deal for the car was done the same day and we had collected it within a week even with it being the festive period. Once we had the car, the customer service did not stop and both Lee and Jonathan responded brilliantly to a few teething experiences. I honestly cannot fault the customer service we have received. I took out the service plan so I am confident the car will continue to perform over the coming years. The only reason I am not having it serviced at the same site is due to geography, but I will be doing this at my local Bristol Street Motors.
