Sanjay and Jack were a delight to deal with. Never pushy or aggressive, they set the tone perfectly and were friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would recommend this dealership who made what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one. Vertu - hang on to these guys, they are cracking sales people. And love the car too!

Very helpfull as I live in sunderland they made sure that they gave me a video of the car and explained everything to me Leroy the salesman went out of his way to really explain all aspects of the car including a video of all controls and how to use them

The website is poorly designed and implemented. There are several bugs with the search functionality whereby you can only view the first page of results. I reported other issues which haven't been fixed. As a large company you'd expect they could implement basic web functionality a lot better. The experience from staff in-person was fantastic and I couldn't find a fault but finding a car in the first place on the website was extremely difficult.
