I had been to 5 dealerships that day and this was the last one. I was tired and hungry, I thought I would never find what I wanted. I had some salespersons who tried to pull the wool over my eyes and give me a lot of bee ess. My husband has been in the automotive business for years and I studied engineering, not many women with that type of knowledge, even today. Andy at Cupra Seat was respectful and is a straight up guy. He didn't treat us an a pair of old idiots which all the others did. So we spent our money at Bristol Street and that's a lot to do with Andy. I like the car, I like everything about it. Now, my husband had an AGM but I tell you truthfully, I like my Cupra Leon better - but don't tell him because there's about 30K difference!!! OK, it's not as fast but am I worried, no!! I'm happy. I have already recommended my friends to go the Andy at Derby BSM.

I'd recommend Bristol Street Motors Nissan Derby because I have just collected my Volkswagen Golf from Vikki at Nissan Derby. This is the sixth car that my husband and I have had from her since 2017. We aren’t the easiest of customers and always end up wanting something that’s not at the dealership but each time Vikki manages to find exactly what we need like it’s no trouble at all. This time round I came in for my annual service and drove away with a new car the same day, this level of professionalism and customer service is second to none. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from anyone or anywhere else. Thank you!
