I'd definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors Renault Derby to friends and family because the service we received was exceptional. We were looked after very well. Jan was polite, understanding, listened, explained everything clearly, answered our questions and took us through everything step by step. He was also supported very well by his manager, who provided additional information when required. We are completely satisfied with the service we received, would definitely return in the future to buy another car and am enjoying our new car.

I wasn't looking forward to buying a new car, pushy salesmen etc, quick to sell me anything they could. That was definitely not the case.
