Verified reviewI have been very fortunate to own all sorts of cars including supercars. The experience at some major prestige dealers has been from one end of the spectrum to the other. From no acknowledgement in 20 minutes of walking around to being made to feel very special. So when I walked into (no disrespect) a Toyota Dealership of Vertu in Leicester my expectation was to get looked after well. Mo who had only been there just over a month exceeded my expectations and was amazing. He allowed me to have not just one test drive but 2. Mo insisted we did them on routes I would normally use to get a proper feel of the car. He then surprised me as I was looking at buying a demo but told me he could get me into a brand new car or the same model and spec in 2 weeks! The rest of the team were all brilliant too in arranging finance and explaining things. They all were very genuine in getting to know me as a customer. Thank you Mo and the Team at Vertu Leicester - already talking about another new vehicle purchase in the foreseeable future.
