Verified reviewThe experience at Bristol Street Motors SEAT Carlisle was great because Dan was really helpful, took time to explain things, went through lots of options with me and listened to what I needed. When test driving the car, I had asked about having the speed displayed on the dash in front of me, Dan had remembered the conversation and made sure the settings were ready to go as I wanted them when I picked the car up.

In fact it felt fun buying the car from him, whereas anywhere else you get a bit of anxiety spending thousands of pounds, with Chris he made the whole experience joyfyful. He even went out his way to collect the car from Sunderland for me as I was needing it to go on my holidays. I can't believe how above and beyond this gentleman actually went for me. The customer service I experienced was outstanding. This is rare. I would recommend and will reccomend Chris at Vertu Honda to all my friends and family. Great guy!

I had to find someone locally to go to them and speak to them as I was battling to get the sale done ooutright ! So this made the initial sale a bit dissapoiting as I missed out on the car I wanted
