Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewI've had two vehicles from this dealership. The first experience is what brought me back again recently, however the experience wasn't as fun or efficient second time around. The sales rep was nice enough, polite, and professional. First time round, the rep made me feel confident in the dealership, responded immediately to emails or phone calls. Plus, the identified issues with the car were sorted for pickup day. This time round, I felt more like just another punter, or another sale for the board. Also, I need to return the current car to have it looked at when I feel it could have been done earlier (given that the explanation I was given indicated it was "just clips need fitting". Additionally, I purchased lifeshine protection. I was expecting a "gleaming" car but alas, it looked like just a standard valet. That left me feeling a bit mugged of to be honest. Actually, I'm not sure if I would recommend. Yes, the car buying process was straightforward, and I was told everything professionally, but.... It just didn't feel personal at all. Call me old fashioned, but that's what I expect when I'm spending five figures.

Verified reviewWe received excellent service from start to finish from Sales Executive Nicholas Jimson at Vertu Durham. He made the whole experience of buying and collecting the car very enjoyable. We were made to feel special and that our custom really was appreciated. Nick was always happy to explain things and made sure absolutely everything went smoothly. Although we have in the past bought two brand new BMWs from our local dealership in Aberdeen, we would not hesitate to travel to Vertu Durham again as the whole experience was much more professional and enjoyable.
