Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

I have now bought a second hand Polo. It looks brand new, and is behaving very well. I can highly recommend this garage and the cars they sell.
