Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Saon Kirk showed me the car, took me for a test drive, gave me a good price for my old car in part exchange, so I brought it. He had the car cleaned and I picked it up a few days later. After service is second to none. I'm very pleased with everything.

Verified reviewCame in to see the car on a Saturday, approached the sales team and was greeted by Harvey. He was friendly and knowledgable but most importantly not pushy. He took his time to show me the car I came to see plus some other options I hadn't considered at both the cheaper and more expensive side of my budget. The whole process was straight forward and I was able to pick my car up the following Monday. When picking up the car I noticed a small dent I hadn't seen when purchasing (it was in the photos on the website so clearly existed when I first saw the car). As soon as I pointed it out Harvey told me not to worry, I could take the car and he'd get it booked in for repair! As it was an existing dent and I'd already purchased the car he probably didn't have to do that but it was a nice gesture and one that will have me returning for my next car. Here I am 2 weeks later, the dents fixed and the car is still giving me a big smile in the morning on my otherwise dull commute! Thanks Harvey!
