Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Our sales advisor Ryan was fantastic and explained everything in detail and in a clear and understandable way, answering all of our questions along the way. This was our first time purchasing with finance so we had a lot of questions but Ryan really made us feel at-ease and the whole process was seamless.
