Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewThe car on offer was exactly what we were looking for and the asking price not excessive compared with other Honda main dealers. There was no pressure to take a finance deal - in the past a cash sale seemed to put us at a disadvantage, possibly because sales staff elsewhere might be rewarded for negotiating finance. Sales service was excellent and delivery solved the problem of distance of Vertu Nottingham from our home in Worcestershire. The car has been running perfectly.

Verified reviewVertu Land Rover Chesterfield were great because the sales person Ashley Platts made us feel welcome, explained everything to us from the vehicle details, features, test drive, other vehicles, and other additional packages on offer. At no point did I feel pressured in buying the vehicle ....to be honest Ashley went out of his way to make us feel more reassured that I was making the right vehicle purchase from the right dealer...and so far I'm happy with my purchase and enjoying my car!!!.so I want to say a big Thank You to Ashley Platts and Vertu LR Chesterfield team.
