Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

He was constantly sending and finding me cars that I would be interested in and kept me updated throughout. He made the process very easy and the car was ready very fast! The car is exactly the car I wanted, was in brilliant condition when picking it up, not had a single problem and I am very happy with it!

Ikram helped us in all ways possible from greeting us at the door to handing over the keys. We have no qualms in recommending Ikram and Vertu to anyone wanting a Land Rover or Jaguar. All options available (finance and other products) were fully explained without any pressure involved. Buying a car can often be very stressful and costly, the experience was made easier and included an element of humour. We have come away with what we wanted and at a reasonable price having had a positive experience.
