Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewMy experience at Bristol Street Motors Peugeot Harlow was positive because - I have had over 30 Peugeots over many years - I have been a Police officer for 40 plus years and have experience working with and dealing with the public. So well experienced how a member of the public should be treated. Mr Richard Geary the GM of the Harlow BSM (Vertu Motors) is a credit to his staff, a credit to himself and a credit to the Vertu Motors group. Richard goes beyond the call of duty and all expectations, to ensure the ultimate in customer service and attention. I will also give full praise to Asst Sales Manager Mr Harry Radford,. Known Harry for many years. He has my total trust and is always on hand to give me advice and my purchase of a car will fit in with my requirements, in finance and spec. An honest man whom I trust 100% enough to be upfront with me, to the point of me being 100% satisfied rather than a sale. He is a top man. Have shared coffee`s and a ctch up, and of course going other some purchase uptions... I was finally introduced to a young salesman ..Callum Mills. A very bright bubbly and enthusiastic young man with a great attitude. We shook hands and straight away, I said.. I am old school and don`t listen to sales chat... I have had more Peugeots and know what I want. We got on great - He couldn`t do enough for me. not just sell me a car, but arranged my private number plates, tax, forms , paperwork. He gave me full explaination of all the admin, finance, paperwork - And evetually we touched hands and the deal was done..Callum has a sale...and I have a new 3008. Deservedly so..... I will be writing to Senior managment to again, bring the excellent staff at BSM Harlow to their attention. The condition of the car was first class better than anything I had seen at various car supermarkets and very competitively priced in fact for condition and specification it was great value. Tom guided us through the whole purchase process from initial personalised video to handing over the keys to the wonderfully prepared car, after setting up all the gadgets for us (oldies) with out any pressure and his professionalism was first class. In fact Vertu as a dealership have a very well thought out sales process and their staff are friendly, helpful and genuine. I know we all can be sceptical of reviews and I normally don't write them but when I generally have a good experience I feel honour bound to say I have.
