Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewBristol Street Motors Peugeot Exeter were great, Lucy was friendly and approachable, Lucy sold me my car, she went through all the docs and paperwork and ensured I understood everything. Unfortunately when I drove the car the next day, I realised there was a mechanical issue. I phoned the next day. A female (only spoke to them on the phone in the first instance of the issue so unsure of her name) ensured that when I dropped off the car that there would be a courtesy car available for me, due to work. On arrival I spoke to Katie (Lucy was on leave at this point). Katie kept me updated while the work was being done. Swapping the courtesy car back to my car was nice and easy. Everyone I came across was polite, including the technician.
