Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Holly Was Amazing And Done All The Hard Work Sorting Change Over Repairs And All The Paper Work And Throughout Holly Explained Everything From Finance Company To Part Exchanging Vehicle Values And Service Plan For 3 Years Plus Warranty 3 Years. Apart From A Chipped Windscreen Which Had Been Repaired And Still Noticeable But Overall I'm Happy With My Purchase.
