Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewI'd definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors Renault Gloucester because we was made to feel so welcome. We was offerer a nice hot drink. Erin Jones was the lady dealing with us, she was very young but very experience. She talked us through everything and even repeated things I didn't understand. She was so kind. I've been suffering with cancer, she looked after me so well and made me feel so comfortable. I couldn't say enough about how lovely she was.
