Emma was amazing throughout the whole process- have never bought a used car via a website before, but nothing was too much trouble and no question/query was too silly. I would recommend Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Crewe to friends and family because of Gary. His attitude, knowledge and calm nature made the whole process easy and without any pressure. Purchasing a car from Bristol Street Motors Ford Newcastle was an excellent experience. Sayhan in particular went above and beyond - providing a personalised video of the car, arranging a test drive, walking me through the features and taking the time to answer questions and provide support every step of the way.
