Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Adam was very friendly and professional and had a lot patience while dealing with me and my hundreds of questions. The manager James (sorry if i have the wrong name) very friendly and will come over for a chat. Everyone one I spoke with were all friendly and welcoming, never felt pressured into buying my car.
