Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewI purchased a car through Bristol street motors at the end of September, i dealt with Harman and Ashley who were great. When i got the car it had been fully valeted and looked great, unfortunately just after i left the garage the car broke down, I called the dealership and Ashley and Harman were both mortified by this and rushed out to give me a courtesy car and take my car to be fixed. Throughout the time my car was with them, i was updated regularly with what was going on. After a few days my car was all fixed and ready to be delivered, when it arrived it had been fully valeted which again looked amazing. Unfortunately after a week the car broke down again, I called Ashley immediately who was very apologetic and had given me the option of a full refund, look for a like for like or get the car fixed by Nissan, although it was very unfortunate what was happening with the car i was still happy to go through Bristol Street as Harman and Ashley had been amazing and was bending over backwards to try and resolve the issue, by the end of the that day Ashley had then sorted a courtesy car being delivered and my car pick being picked up. In the end i got a like for like car which i absolutely love, throughout this whole situation Ashley and Harman have gone above and beyond to do what they could for me, i know had i gone anywhere else i would not of received this level of service. I would highly recommend going through Bristol Street West Bromwich and especially going through either Harman, Ashley or mark

Verified reviewI'd recommend Vertu Honda Doncaster because the dealership is run perfectly, all the staff are courteous, your made very welcome they are very much customer centric, The sales people in my case Mr Adil Eddy goes the extra mile and makes the buying process very easy. I must also highlight Mr Stuart Hill (Sales Manager) who was always willing to step in and help when Eddy was not available a wonderful team to deal with. Thank you
