Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

The sales person was well informed and helpful without being pushy and took great care to explain features of the car and any additional products, such as insurance against damage to tyres or paintwork, that were available. Overall, the experience was pleasant and productive.
