Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Found the car on a Friday night and booked the car for a test drive for the day after. Customer service at the desk been absolutely brilliant and they helped me with paperwork and followed me during the process of purchasing car. Went of a Monday afternoon for the collection car and everything was in the right order with car clean and fresh with new MOT. Really good service and friendly company, can't recommend enough.
