Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewthe service is good, attended our needs. but please be careful when asking for survey/feedback and then reminding the customer that a feedback of less than top score is a fail. It's a pressure that's not needed. You are just risking to have an unhonest feedback which will become meaningless other than falsely representing yourselves to the readers. If your service is good, which they were, then you have nothing to worry about. No need for that reminder.
