Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

There was no high pressure selling, just a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman who was more than happy to spend time showing us the vehicles we were interested in and giving us a test drive. We negotiated on the price as we were trading in a car and the whole process was stress free. The salesman kept in touch to ensure that the transaction and collection of the car went without a hitch.
