Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewI had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke because the customers service went above and beyond. I needed a car quickly and I wasn't sure if to have PCP or HP and both were explained clearly in full detail and with different costing example. I happen to find a car that day which they secured for me and 4 days later I was driving it away. The car was perfect for my budget and family needs. Jack took time to go through all the different gadgets and features with me and on the day I was due to pick up my car I had an issue getting there and the Store manager went out of his way to pick my up so I'd be able to get my car as arranged. Any questions or querys I had were answered professionally and clearly. Jack also discussed and set me up with a service/mot plan and I received a follow up call a few days later to check I was happy with my vehicle. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you Jack and Zeiko.

Verified reviewFrom initial enquiry to the purchasing of a used BMW the professional friendly service was second to none, easy to deal with, courtesy shown during our visit and test drive. We collected the vehicle as arranged, however had an issue once we got home, returned the vehicle to the garage and received a courtesy car within 30 minutes, our car was rectified and delivered to us with no issue. Great Service.
