Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewProfessional, efficient, open and honest, enthusiasts of motoring and of the marque. Everything went smoothly - picked up at rail station when I needed to collect the car. Obviously tried to press home the extra warranties etc after the main deal was struck, and I don't blame them, but I resisted and they respected that.
