Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

I purchased a car under manufacturer warranty but it broke down within a month of purchase. I was provided support in having the car repaired. However I had to assert my right to reject to get the ball rolling. However, other than myself being unlucky I think the purchase process was overall quite smooth
