Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

When it came to handover of the car she had thought of everything for me by bundling all the documents away into a folder for me incase there were any issues driving away from the lot. The sales person i had was Rahyan AKA Ray, I just explained my needs and my affordability and he just took care of the rest. Kept me updated all the way. He gave honest inputs not to just make a sale but the expression i got Ray just wanted to help me out. Overall everything was on a satisfactory level. I would like to make a suggestion for the future to consider if you think fit, from previous experience from friends and family through the service they received from other dealerships, i would recommend to consider welcome packs for new customers to make it extra special.
