Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewI was pleased with Bristol Street Motors Ford Hartlepool and would recommend them because the staff, in particular Gina in sales and Luke on service desk are excellent. Gina was so helpful, well informed and just a very friendly easy going disposition and extremely easy to deal with. Her communication throughout was exemplorary and my husband will be going back to see her when it is his turn for a change. Can I also mention Luke from the service reception who dealt with what I thought was a major problem but he dealt with it straight away, no waiting around, problem assessed, problem dealt with and I am ever so grateful for his help. His attention to my needs was again exemplorary. A brilliant experience all round at a time when customer service is often by passed. The dealership is better off for having people like Gina and Luke.
