Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Lyndsay, the salesperson was quite frankly the best salesperson I've ever experienced at a car dealership! They will follow up on their promises and customer service, even many weeks after you've had the car. Overall, I was very impressed with the dealership and would certainly use it again.

Verified reviewThe experience at Vertu Honda Huddersfield was great because Cristian did a brilliant job explaining the condition of my Type R, using additional images, videos, and detailing all the areas of the car that I had asked to know about. Never once feeling as though my questions were too much or frustrating to have to find the answer for!
