Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewVery satisfied from beginning to end , brilliant Customer Service from Aaron at Vertu , as I live in Manchester he was very conscientious in making sure I was kept up to speed with the sales process. I got the train up to Vertu on the Saturday from Manchester and Aaron even came to pick me up from Yarm Train Station on his way into work . I was in the dealership no longer than half an hour as 95% of the sale details had been finalised throughout the week prior , signed a couple of forms , keys in hand and off I went. I couldn't recommend Vertu any higher , they were superb from start to finish and the Customer Service literally was above and beyond.

Gabriella Sinclair was very helpful and patient in answering my questions and sent some helpful videos to get me up and running as soon as my car was delivered to my home address. Verified reviewI had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Bolton because I wasn't pressured into going for a test drive or even purchasing the car which I have had from another main dealerships. Tom who I dealt with came out showed me some cars I wanted to look at and then wasn't pushy when I wanted to leave without test driving I then came back a few days later to go for a test drive. When I test drove the car I was spoken to about all the car features and when we finished the test drive I wasn't pressured into buying. When I said I want to purchase the car he explained about all the different options of added extras, which again wasn't pressured into buying. Overall was really happy with purchase and time spent at Bristol street.
