Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

He has helped me choose a better version of what I wanted. Explained everything thoroughly from the paperwork to the actual test drive. I was getting updates throughout the process, so I didn't have to waste journey till all the checks have been done for the car. I am extremely happy with the purchase and if any concerns or questions I had they have all been answered even afterwards, so it's nice to know that I can always get in touch.
