Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewI bought a 19 plate BMW 320d Sport in February. Despite an initial problem with the wheels which only manifested after arriving back home, i immediately contacted the dealership. Joe Finnerty the manager dealt with the issue right away by providing a courtesy car and had my problem resolved hastily while offering reassurance that everything would be put right which it was. Well done Joe. Ishmaeel the agent who i dealt with for the purchase of the vehicle was extremely polite and respectful whilst taking me around the vehicle and explaining the process. He even collected me from the train station on the day i collected the vehicle even though it was his day off. Well done Ishmaeel.10/10
