Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewMy experience at Vertu Kia Bradford was memorable because I found the sales person Samir Ali to be very welcoming and knowledgeable about the type of vehicles available. They did not have the specific model I wanted in the showroom but arranged to have one brought in for me. The test drive was good and Samir explained everything in a way I was able to understand. He was patient, and unlike other salesmen elsewhere, I felt comfortable enough to ask questions without feeling silly or that I was wasting his time, He is one of the main reasons I decided to purchase my Kia from that show room.
