Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

The only thing that let us down was after sales who were very poor at communication when my first purchase went wrong due to a number of mechanical issues. Fortunately the general manager and used car sales team resolved the issue swiftly and allowed an exchange of vehicle.
