Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewWe had been running 2 Kia vehicles although one was used very little both purchased from Sandiacre. We had been delighted with them both and had no problems what so ever. As it was time for our annual insurance and Road fund licences we thought it was the right time to look for a single replacement. We visited the Arnold showroom and were given details by Pietro one of the managers who was very helpful and gave us a good trade in price for our existing vehicles. We arranged to come back later in the week for a test drive and Pietro arranged for Lucas to take us out. We were very impressed with the ev6 and decided to buy it.
