Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewVertu Honda Huddersfield were great because NOTHING was too much trouble. We travelled 300 miles to see our car, got held up but even though we arrived after closing Andy and Mark had waited for us and still provided exemplary, unhurried service and test drive. It is a pity we are so far away or we would be using them for servicing too, but we will definitely be going back to them for our next car! Never had such brilliant customer orientated service. No hard sell, just sound advice. The BEST!

Verified reviewMy experience at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Exeter was memorable because it was fuss free. Even though I live in South Wales, sorting out a test drive for the car I eventually purchased was simple and the team were very accommodating; even, when I arrived early for the test drive. Sarah and Mathew ensured the purchase and pick up of my chosen ex demo vehicle was as as organised as possible. I have even provided an update to Sarah of my initial drive back to South Wales from Exeter, with car efficiency obtained for the journey and the features of the car I found really useful. That was the I-Pedal in 2 traffic jams on the motorway. Normally, I am not inclined to provide feedback, but the team at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Exeter, did warrant my feedback for the help they gave.
