Verified reviewI'd recommend Vertu SKODA Chesterfield to a friend because you won't find better service and value for money anywhere. I've just bought my fourth Skoda from Chesterfield, I went back because I saw a lovely used Fabia that looked amazing and was perfect for my needs. I was able to see the same sales member who helped me buy my previous Skoda, so he already had all my details and gave us yet another fantastic deal. But here's the important bit: a couple of days after getting the car, the EPC and engine warning management lights appeared on the dashboard. No problems or quibble, the Chesterfield team took back the car, and a second time because it happened again, but they were amazing at sorting it out for me, and now everything is perfect with the car, turns out it was a sensor in the air filtering system. This shows have great the aftercare service is. I went for 3 years main dealer warranty and 3 years AA full cover, plus 2 extra years servicing, so I have peace of mind for at least the next 3 years. The car looks great, drives great, and I've been looked after, what more could you want? Look no further!

Verified reviewHaving found the car we were looking for on their website, I made contact with the salesman at Gloucester, Chris Arnold. We had a number of conversations on the phone and he was helpful and friendly throughout. He sent me a video of the car which was also very useful. I then travelled down to Gloucester and he picked me up from the railway station. Car was in great condition. After a test drive with Chris, we did the paperwork and I was on my way back to the north-east with the car. My first visit to Gloucester on a lovely sunny day. Chris was really helpful and friendly throughout. Very satisfied with service I received and the car.
