My experience at Vertu Ford Bromley was positive because the sales associate Jones attention to detail was exceptional, incredibly welcoming and addressed all my questions. Having not previously used this dealership you can be nervous but I honestly left that day with a deposit on the vehicle due to the professionalism and care of Jones and his team. Since then the communication and speed of the process was faultless and I look forward to coming back in future and recommending them to all my friends and family.
