The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln was fantastic because of the sales person, Dan Purdy. Exceptional service, knowledgeable, not pushy, happy to go through my 100 questions to make sure I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. I was kept informed all the way the process, even smoothing over a slight issue by going above an beyond, and was very transparent and honest throughout. Great to deal with him.
