The website is well designed and, when I found the car I wanted, I called the dealership and the manager sent me a personalised video and asked me about my preferences. I thought that was great. Unfortunately, when I came for a test drive, there was a traffic jam, so it was difficult to familiarise myself with all the features of the car. However, I had tested the same model before, so I was already familiar with this car. I had to wait a few days until my finances were in order. When I went to collect my car, I had to wait about an hour and a half, as all the managers were busy. But I wasn't in a hurry and it was OK to wait a little while. I have been a happy owner of a Honda CR-V for almost three weeks now, and I enjoy every moment.
