Verified reviewMy experience at Vertu Ford West Bromwich was positive because the salesperson will was great, showed me everything about the car I wanted. He was very helpful. 1 issue is that it was mentioned my car had front sensors but that spec actually doesn't, I was due a call from service but nothing as of yet, I'd like either abit of compensation or for them to be fitted.

Very pleased with the car and good peace of mind having taken the service plan which again was clearly explained. Test drive was a good help in choosing the car and very helpful to have all the controls explained, so much easier then going through the manual. Yes I'm definitely glad I went there.
